These terms govern your use of DraftedApp (the "App"), published by Agile Cookies Ltd. They supplement our main terms of service, which apply to all Agile Cookies apps. Where the two conflict, these DraftedApp-specific terms prevail for DraftedApp.
1. About the App

- Description: Drafted is an AI-powered mobile app built for the 5 million self-employed tradespeople in the UK. Plumbers, electricians, builders and decorators lose jobs every day not because of their work — but because of how they communicate. A poorly written quote, an awkward payment chaser, or a slow response to a lead can cost thousands in lost revenue. Drafted solves this. The user describes their situation in plain English — "chasing Dave for the bathroom job, 12 days overdue, £1,450" — and Drafted generates a professional, appropriately toned message in seconds. The app covers the full range of business communications: message rewriting, lead replies, review responses, invoice chasing, job adverts, quote generation, invoicing, and contract creation. Built in Flutter with a Mistral AI backend, Drafted uses a freemium model with three tiers (Free, Pro at £9.99/month, Business at £19.99/month) and subscription management via RevenueCat. The marketing site at draftedapp.co.uk is built in Next.js 15 and deployed on Cloudflare Pages. Drafted is a product of Agile Cookies Ltd, London.

2. Licence to use DraftedApp
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use DraftedApp on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use, subject to these terms and the App Store / Google Play terms.
3. Subscriptions and purchases
DraftedApp may offer paid subscriptions or one-time purchases. Where applicable, billing is handled by Apple, Google or another platform provider, with subscription state managed via RevenueCat. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions from your App Store or Google Play account settings.
4. Acceptable use
You must not misuse DraftedApp, attempt to access another user's account, reverse engineer the App (except where permitted by law), upload harmful content or use the App for unlawful activity.
5. Your content
Any content you create inside DraftedApp remains yours. Where DraftedApp offers community or sharing features, you grant us a limited licence to host and display that content for the purpose of providing the relevant feature.
6. Disclaimers
DraftedApp is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranties beyond those required by applicable law. DraftedApp is not a substitute for professional advice (medical, legal, financial or otherwise).
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agile Cookies Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of DraftedApp. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under English law.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to DraftedApp for any breach of these terms. You can stop using DraftedApp at any time by uninstalling it.
9. Changes
We may update these DraftedApp terms from time to time. The effective date above will reflect the latest version.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
