This privacy policy explains how One Healthy Habit (the "App"), published by Agile Cookies Ltd, handles your data. It supplements our main privacy policy, which applies to all Agile Cookies services.

2. The short version
One Healthy Habit is a fully offline app. There is no account, no login, no cloud sync, no analytics, no tracking, no ads and no third-party data SDKs. We do not operate a server for the App, and none of your data ever leaves your device. We — Agile Cookies Ltd — never see, receive or store any of it.
3. What the App stores on your device
Everything you enter is kept only in local storage on your device. This can include:
- Medications and supplements
- Water intake
- Sleep
- Mood and energy
- Steps
- Custom habits you create
- Reminder times
- Your first name
This information stays on your device. It is not transmitted to us or to anyone else.
4. Health data
This section explains exactly how One Healthy Habit uses health and fitness data. It applies to Google Health Connect on Android and Apple HealthKit on iOS.
- Android (Health Connect). With your permission, the App reads Steps, Sleep and Hydration from Health Connect, and writes Hydration (the water you log) to Health Connect.
- iOS (Apple HealthKit). With your permission, the App reads Steps and Sleep from Apple HealthKit, and writes water (the water you log) to Apple HealthKit.
- Permissions are optional. The App works fully without granting any health permission. You choose whether to connect Health Connect or Apple Health.
- Used only to show you your own logs. Health data is read solely to display your own steps, sleep and hydration inside the App, and written solely to save the water you log back to your own health store.
- Never transmitted or shared. Health data is never sent off your device, never shared, never sold and never used for advertising.
- Never repurposed. Health data is never used for any purpose beyond the specific feature you enabled.
- You stay in control. You can revoke health permissions at any time in your Health Connect settings (Android) or Apple Health settings (iOS). Revoking access does not stop the rest of the App from working.
5. Notifications
If you enable reminders, notifications are scheduled locally on your device. No reminder content is sent to us or to any third party.
6. Data retention
Because everything is stored locally, your data stays on your device until you delete it or uninstall the App.
7. Deleting your data
You can delete your data at any time using the in-app reset, or by uninstalling the App, which removes its local data from your device.
8. Children
One Healthy Habit is not directed at children under 13, and — because the App collects no data off the device — we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
9. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest version.
