These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the One Healthy Habit mobile application ("One Healthy Habit," "the App"), published by Agile Cookies Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 13214849), London, United Kingdom ("we," "us," "our"). They supplement our main terms of service. By downloading, installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. About the App
One Healthy Habit is an offline habit tracker for iOS and Android. It lets you track medications and supplements, water, sleep, mood and energy, steps and your own custom habits, set reminder times, and personalise the App with your first name. The App runs entirely on your device: there is no account, no login, no cloud sync, no analytics and no ads, and none of your data leaves your device.

2. Not medical advice
One Healthy Habit is a general wellbeing and habit-tracking tool. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. The App does not provide medical, health or dosage advice, and any reminders you set (including medication or supplement reminders) are conveniences you configure yourself, not medical guidance. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare professional with any questions about a medical condition or medication, and never disregard or delay professional advice because of something in the App. If you think you may have a medical emergency, contact your doctor or local emergency services.
3. Licence to use One Healthy Habit
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use One Healthy Habit on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and the App Store / Google Play terms.
4. Your data and content
The habits, logs, reminders and other information you enter in One Healthy Habit are yours and stay on your device — we do not host, receive or have access to them. Managing, backing up and deleting that data is your responsibility; using the in-app reset or uninstalling the App will remove it. How the App handles data, including health data, is described in our Privacy Policy.
5. No subscriptions or purchases
One Healthy Habit currently has no subscriptions, in-app purchases or paid features. If we introduce paid features in the future, any billing would be handled by Apple or Google and the applicable purchase terms would be presented to you in the App before you buy; this clause would then apply only to those paid features.
6. Acceptable use
You must not misuse One Healthy Habit, reverse engineer the App (except where permitted by law), or use it for any unlawful activity.
7. Disclaimers
One Healthy Habit is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranties beyond those required by applicable law, and we do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free or that it will meet your requirements.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agile Cookies Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of One Healthy Habit. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under English law, and if you are a consumer this Section does not affect your statutory rights.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to One Healthy Habit for any breach of these Terms. You can stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest version.
