These terms govern your use of Quizza (the "App"), published by Agile Cookies Ltd. They supplement our main terms of service, which apply to all Agile Cookies apps. Where the two conflict, these Quizza-specific terms prevail for Quizza.

- Description: Quizza is a quiz and form builder that gives small businesses, agencies, and creators the polish of premium tools like Typeform — without the premium price tag or the tight response caps. Building is fast and genuinely no-code. Start from one of 30+ ready-made templates — lead-gen quizzes, surveys, assessments, scored tests, personality quizzes, onboarding and feedback forms — or build from scratch. Edit questions on one side while a live preview updates on the other, so you always see exactly what your audience will see. Mix multiple choice, text answers, ratings and more, and use branching logic to show each respondent only the questions relevant to them — shorter, more personal quizzes that far more people actually finish. Branding goes all the way through. Add your logo, set your brand colours, choose light or dark themes, and remove the "Powered by" mark — every quiz lives on your own link or embeds directly into your website with a simple code snippet, fully responsive on any device. Animated welcome and thank-you screens make the whole experience feel premium from start to finish. Every response lands instantly in your dashboard. Capture names and emails inside the quiz, issue branded certificates on completion, and track responses over time, completion rates, and leads captured — with a per-quiz breakdown and one-click CSV export whenever you need your data. 2. Licence to use Quizza
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use Quizza on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use, subject to these terms and the App Store / Google Play terms.
3. Subscriptions and purchases
Quizza may offer paid subscriptions or one-time purchases. Where applicable, billing is handled by Apple, Google or another platform provider, with subscription state managed via RevenueCat. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions from your App Store or Google Play account settings.
4. Acceptable use
You must not misuse Quizza, attempt to access another user's account, reverse engineer the App (except where permitted by law), upload harmful content or use the App for unlawful activity.
5. Your content
Any content you create inside Quizza remains yours. Where Quizza offers community or sharing features, you grant us a limited licence to host and display that content for the purpose of providing the relevant feature.
6. Disclaimers
Quizza is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranties beyond those required by applicable law. Quizza is not a substitute for professional advice (medical, legal, financial or otherwise).
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agile Cookies Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of Quizza. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under English law.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to Quizza for any breach of these terms. You can stop using Quizza at any time by uninstalling it.
9. Changes
We may update these Quizza terms from time to time. The effective date above will reflect the latest version.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
